I’m Simon Elmore and was gifted with a Kidney Transplant 22 January 2015. I was fortunate enough to get back to sports for my rehabilitation and mental recovery 2 months later.

This was the best thing I had done in nearly 7 years and allowed me to have social interaction with some amazing people once again.

I never thought I would have so many Transplant Fiends all around the World with the same passion… to show what is possible after the gift of an Organ Transplant.
